If you wish to rent one of our self-catering holiday apartments this page gives you important information on arrival and departure times, emergency contact details, airport transfers, guided tours, ski lift passes, ski school, ski equipment hire, local taxi service, cancellation conditions, linen and cleaning costs, deposit and Payment details and very importantly your holiday apartment address and local directions.


If there is anything here that you would like to discuss, or if there is other information that you would like to see on this page, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
In our apartments you will find a booklet that gives you all this information and more as well as other local contact details, such as doctors, pharmacies etc.
Apartment arrival time:
The apartment will be available after 16:00 hours on your planned arrival date.
Please email us a few days before your intended departure, to advise of your
approximate arrival time and I will pass this to our property managers Iain and
Julie, who will meet you at the apartment.
Please can you also give Iain and Julie a call on their telephone number listed
below if you have experienced any delays whilst travelling to the resort and are
going to be late.
If you are on schedule can you please call Iain and Julie approximately 15
minutes before you arrive. They live in the next village Altenmarkt and this
gives them sufficient time to drive over to meet with you.
Apartment departure time:
We must ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 hours on the day of
departure, this then gives us enough time to prepare the apartment for our next
guests. Please lock the apartment door and leave the key in the front post box
Apartment keys:
Keys can be collected from Iain or Julie at the apartment house on arrival. If
you accidentally lose the key we do have to charge £30.00 for a replacement as
we have to go to Salzburg to get one cut, as it is a specially cut security key
that will open your individual apartment and the front door.
Taxerweg is the first right hand turning after the Intersport shop, shopping
mall (photo above) and Hofer (ALDI) supermarket on the 99 Obertauern road. These
will be on your left hand side, if you look to your right you will see the
Radstadt ski piste and main Gondola our ski apartments are only 850 meters from
these lifts.

Airport Transfers:
Iain and Julie can provide airport transfers if required, please email us if you
would like to arrange this and we will pass your email to them. Payment is made
to Iain or Julie locally on arrival. Prices are determined according to the
number of people in your group.
Guided Tours:
If you are new to the resort and would like a guided tour of the resort and the
surrounding ski areas or would like Iain to take you skiing on your first day,
please discuss this with Iain and Julie at the resort.
Ski Lift Passes:
Lift passes can be purchased at the Radstadt ski lift, for details on prices

Ski School:
The Radstadt ski school office is located in the car park of the Radstadt ski
lifts so it is very easy to find and also very convenient. Click

Ski Equipment hire:
The Radstadt ski school also offers ski hire and will give you a 10% discount on
equipment if you are booking lessons. there is also a very large Intersport shop
on the Radstadt shopping mall. You can find information on ski equipment hire

Linen charge:
A charge of £6.00 per person per week is levied to cover the cost of changing
bed linen & towels to make ready for the next guests. (Minimum £20.00 per
apartment)
Cleaning Charge:
We no longer charge for cleaning as our guests normally prefer to clean the
apartments themselves, as this saves them money. If you would like us to clean
the apartment please let us know, our cleaning charge is £21.00 per hour, this
may seem high but we have to hire in an outside contractor. However this charge
should not effect you providing you make sure that the apartments are thoroughly
cleaned.
Our manager checks the apartment thoroughly to ensure that the apartments are left spotlessly clean and ready for our next guests , Please make sure that the shower, toilet and all kitchen worktops are thoroughly cleaned with the appropriate cleaning material and all furniture polished.
If the apartments are not cleaned and left as found on first arrival, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning and
deduct this from the security deposit.
Security deposit:
A security deposit is required when booking an apartment, this will reserve the
apartment for you and will also be held as a deposit against any damages. The
security deposit will be returned via the UK office, by either cheque or bank
transfer for people residing in the UK, (please email us to let us know your
preference with bank details if applicable), or by bank transfer for people
living in countries other other than the UK, 72 hours after your departure date.
The deposit amount required is £50.00 per person, minimum £200.00 for the 2 and
4 person apartments and a minimum of £500.00 for the 11/13 person apartment.
Note: As well as securing the accommodation the deposit is held to cover any
damages or cleaning charge and is returned via the UK office 72 hours after
departure.
Final Payment:
The apartment rental, linen and any cleaning charge agreed (if you would like us
to do the cleaning) as well as any other monies owed, is due 8 weeks before the
start of the holiday, or immediately if booking within eight weeks or less of
departure. We do not chase for the final payment or any other monies due and if
it is late we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-let the
accommodation.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge other than the retained deposit is kept.
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
If the balance of payment is not received in time then we reserve the right to
re-book the accommodation.
What is supplied in the rental price:
Electricity, gas, linen, towels, are all included in the rental price.

Payment can also be made by credit card or PayPal in either GBP or Euros through
our PayPal account, which you will find on the prices
page of our web site.
Please note that if you pay the returnable security deposit via credit card or
PayPal, I have to deduct their charge of 3.4% when returning your deposit to
you.
We do not accept overpayments of any kind and any refunds are only made after
final clearance of funds to our bank. When dealing with a cheque from a foreign
bank we have to get in writing from our bank that the funds have cleared and
that there is no chance of it being subsequently discovered to be fraudulent
before we can repay any funds.
