Apartment prices are shown in £'s per week exclusive of a linen cleaning charge which is £6.00 per person (Minimum of £20.00 per apartment.)

 We do not charge a final cleaning charge for the apartment as we leave it for our guests to decide whether they wish to clean the apartments or not.

If you wish us to clean the apartment after your departure then please let us know. We charge £10.00 per hour and we will deduct this from your returnable deposit.  If however the apartment is left clean and tidy for our next guests no cleaning charge is raised.

Week dates below are shown by week ending dates. Our large luxury apartment which sleeps 11/13 people does get booked early so if you are booking for a large group, please book early.

We can arrange a special price for you to eat your evening meal in one of the local restaurants. Please email us for details.

We can also arrange airport transfers on request.

Prices shown are in GBP, if you would like the price in Euros please email us for the current exchange rate, we will also confirm any rental price in Euros if requested. Payment can also be made in Euros, please see below.

Discounts are available for bookings over 2 weeks please contact us for a price.
Discounts are available for groups taking individual apartments or the entire chalet please contact us for a price.

Once your rental period has been confirmed by us via email, payment can be made in British pounds or Euros by post or bank transfer, either in the UK or Austria. We will email you with all the payment details and options when you confirm your booking.  You can also choose to pay online through our PayPal account by pressing the appropriate Buttons below, you can still use PayPal to pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account:
